Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, either including or excluding Value Added Taxation as indicated.
With respect to items sold by Miss Lyn, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be incorrectly priced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Should the items price be lower, we will refund the difference.
Miss Lyn does not send unsolicited emails. Our monthly newsletter is sent only to email addresses that have been given to us through this website, or given to us directly by our customers. In order to prevent us from sending unsolicited emails, we include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. If the unsubscribe link is clicked, the email address will be automatically removed from our database.

Exchange & Refund Policy
All exchanges and refunds as outlined below will only be processed if the all of the following conditions are satisfied:
You dispatch the returning merchandise to us within seven days of receipt of delivery,
The merchandise is unused and unwashed,
The original undamaged packaging is returned,
You provide us with your invoice number and proof of you date of delivery, and,
You notify us immediately of your intention to exchange or refund the merchandise by email or telephone.
In the event that the merchandise you receive from us is defective, we can replace, repair or refund the defective item at your discretion. No exchange will be processed if the merchandise was damaged by you on receipt of the merchandise (e.g. cigarette burns, tears etc), or if it has been washed or used. We will pay for the cost of return delivery taking the same form in which the merchandise was originally dispatched to you (e.g. door-to-door, postage etc).
Should you not be satisfied with your online purchase, or if it was not as you expected (i.e. it was purchased sight unseen through this website), you may return the merchandise for a full refund. No exchange will be processed if the merchandise was damaged by you on receipt of the merchandise (e.g. cigarette burns, tears etc), or if it has been washed or used. You will be responsible for all costs of delivery to us.
This refund policy only applies to online purchases through this website and does not apply to instore sales. In these cases, please refer to your sales invoice for terms and conditions.
