About the fabric
Microfibre fabric is a synthetic textile made from ultra-fine fibres. These fibres are incredibly thin, measuring less than 10 micrometres in diameter. To put that into perspective, a single strand of silk is around 1 denier (D), whereas microfibre typically has denier weights under 0.7 D. In other words, it’s one of the finest forms of textile fibre available.
